Endless Plastic Possibilities

Whether you’re looking for a hard ABS-like plastic, a clear plastic, or an elastomeric plastic, the CLIP process opens up these possibilities. Materials are production quality, with an injection like surface, with six sigma repeat-ability.

Resolution Chart

The resolution chart below shows the range of groove depth this material will produce. The larger the spike, the more significant and deeper the groove. The chart runs from very fine (left) to very large peaks/valleys (right).

Applications:

  • Prototypes
  • Fit & Function
  • Assembly Verification
